Great service by all staff, can’t fault it

I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience at this surgery. Quite the opposite in fact and I’ve been a patient for over 30 years.

The reception staff have always gone out of their way to be helpful, and I’ve found them to be professional and very friendly. Likewise for the phlebotomists who are unfailingly cheerful and get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Yesterday I had a procedure carried out by one of the practice nurses, not a procedure I was looking forward to, but what a ray of sunshine this lovely nurse was and she totally changed my experience into a positive one. She has such a human touch, chatting away as if she’d known me for years and putting me completely at ease. She was a complete star and a real asset to the team.

Fortunately I’m in good enough health that I don’t have to be seen by my GP too frequently, but anytime my results have raised queries or concerns, she’s always phones me straight away and explaines things simply.
Well done to the whole team, you’re doing a great job and this patient appreciates it. Thank you.

Friendly and helpful staff.

I have been registered with this surgery for nearly three years and have always found the reception team friendly, professional and extremely helpful.

The premises are meticulously clean and well presented.

The medical staff I have seen both nursing and GP's are very comforting with a very broad knowledge of everything I have wrong and I have always been satisfied with the treatment I and my family have received.

The management team and partners of the practice should be proud of what they and their team are achieving in healthcare through tough ever changing times.
