Devon Referral Support Services (DRSS)
The majority of referrals will be sent to the Devon Referral Support Services team to process and arrange an appointment. Patients should hear within one or two weeks of being referred.

Rapid Access Chest Pain Clinic
DRSS will contact the patient on the day the referral is received to offer them an appointment within two weeks with the Rapid Access Chest Pain Service at Derriford. Patients will received a letter confirming their appointment date and time from Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust.
Two Week Wait Referrals
You should be contacted within one or two working days of being referral. If you have not heard within three working days of being referred please contact the surgery and ask to speak with a member of the secretarial team.
Already under the care of a consultant or department at Derriford Hospital?
If you are under the care of a consultant at Derriford and wish to know if you are on the list to be seen again please call Derriford switchboard and ask for the departments appointment team i.e Urology appointments. The appointments team can advise you if you are on the waiting list to be appointed.

Podiatry
You can now make a self referral for podiatry via Livewell, the link can be found here. Livewell also recognise that not all members of the public will be able to use online services and so there is a telephone self-referral option.
