How to Order a Repeat Prescription

Your regular medications will be listed with your prescriptions.  When you need a further supply, please tick the items you require.  A repeat prescriptions box is prominently displayed in the entrance hall for you to post these in.

You can also apply:

• In person
• By post, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope
• Leave a note in the courtesy mail box by the front gate
• Prescription box by the entrance lobby
• Online via SystmOnline or Via Anima

If you have registered with us for this facility simply click on the image above, this will take you to the Systmonline page to login for repeat prescription ordering. If you have not already registered and would like to use this facility click here

Please note: we do not take repeat prescription requests over the telephone for security reasons and audit purposes.

Four working days

Due to patient capacity and demand, please allow FOUR working days for routine prescription requests before collection. All other prescription requests will take a minimum of Five working days. This can include new medication, or medication which hasn’t been prescribed in over six months, this will need to be authorised by your GP.
Please ensure that you indicate a pharmacy that you would like your prescription to be sent to on your request.
