Econsult temporarily turned off

We are sorry to have to temporarily switch off the facility to request a clinical opinion by EConsult.

We have had a period of unprecedented demand, combined with staff sickness, that means that we have to focus our resources on urgent care. You will still be able to use EConsult for self care.

We will review the situation within a week, and hope to restart the service when we have cleared the backlog. If you have a non urgent issue we would ask you to wait until EConsult is switched on again - if your issue is urgent, please do not hesitate to call the practice in the usual way.

If you have already submitted an EConsult this will be dealt with in the normal way.
