The NSPCC have a wonderful website/helpline for children and young people struggling at this time. Worried about what’s happening right now? The most common symptoms of #coronavirus are:

New continuous cough
High temperature (37.8 degrees or higher)

If you have either of these, you need to:
➡️ stay at home
➡️ not leave your house for 7 days from when your symptoms started

When you submit an e-Consult, it is the equivalent of you speaking to receptionist on the phone, or in person. With an eConsult you can give even more detail and do it when you want, even out of hours.

Your own  GP can then decide on the right care for you. If you need an appointment then one will be made.

Medical certificates (Med3)

You are now able to request a medical certificate online if you are sick and off work for more than seven days, please use the link here to request a Med3 from your GP, For further information regarding sickness certificates please use this link to navigate to our fitness for work page.


If you’re a patient at our practice you can now use the new NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.

You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.

If you already use SystmOnline you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well.
