From the 8th June, the surgery now uses a service called Patient Triage, this has replaced the Econsult system. Patient Triage is easier to use and can be found on our home page with the button 'Online Consultation'. Whilst we are training staff, this service will be limited to just admin requests.
Patient Triage is open from 8am Monday to Friday and the clinical requests are closed when we reach capacity, this means the admin requests will stay on during working hours.
With Patient Triage, it is a lot easier for the patient to respond to us, so please make sure we have the correct information for you including your mobile number.
Any problems that you are having with this new system, please contact the surgery and let a member of staff know.
